Q. How will donors access ParishSOFT Giving?
A. Donors will be redirected to the ParishSOFT Giving portal when accessing the My Own Giving URL for the Church of the Sacred Heart.
The first time they visit ParishSOFT Giving they should choose ‘Register a New Account’ and use the same email address they used when signing up for My Own Giving. Using the same email address will associate all of their recurring gifts that were migrated to the new system.
Please note that if the donor uses a different email address and sets up a new recurring gift they will be debited for both recurring gifts.
